Engineering Note: The CPXP 10 (10 cm³/rev) is a compact high-pressure positive displacement pump designed for SWRO desalination systems. Self-lubricating bearings and an integrated flushing valve minimize maintenance. The 2507 Super Duplex wetted parts and Hastelloy mechanical seal provide exceptional corrosion resistance in seawater service. Speed-regulated flow control via VFD allows precise operation across the full speed range. Feed water must be filtered to 10 µm (99.98% efficiency, β10 > 5000) using precision depth filter cartridges (bag filters not recommended).
